Hello, hello and happy long weekend. Four whole days (and a few additional annual leave days thrown in for good measure!) without anywhere to be, nothing in particular to do and no meetings / deadlines are a truly remarkable occasion. This weekend has been about taking stock, enjoying some much-needed time off and – with the start of Spring – leaning into the desire to embrace creativity, share more on this platform and ease into the lightness of the season. With the return of the Weekly Saved Posts, we wish you a gorgeous one whatever you’re up to.

Embracing Self-Care –  For a home away from home spa experience, nothing quite beats the House of Muse. While a spa day further afield has its time and place, we love the concept of an urban spa where you can plan your treatments, grab a coffee on the way and book your self-care around your day. My favourite treatment is the Gua Sha facial with Anna, a holistic treatment with guaranteed instant results. I love it and it feels like such a treat for both my skin and mind.

Book Club Vibes –  Whilst not entirely intentionally, I’ve been well and truly in my reading era in 2025. If you’re after some inspo, so far I’ve read Love Struck (Laura Jane Williams), You are Here (David Nicholls), Let Them (Mel Robinson), the Re-Write (Lizzie Damiola Blackburn), Both of You (Adele Parks), Sushi For Beginners (Marian Keyes) and So Thrilled for You (Holly Bourne). I’m currently reading Hello Beautiful by Ann Napolitano – it’s so, so gripping and been on my list for a while but I feel like I’m headed for an inevitable sad ending 🙁

Embracing the Spring Lifestyle –  With the arrival of the lighter days, it’s impossible to deny the urge to throw the laptop out the window and spend as much time as possible outside. This long weekend, we’ve been trying out Margaritas and small plates @ Sonder (delicious! Must re-visit) and adding a few pieces to the Spring wardrobe wishlist. I have my eye on these Zara loafers but they’re out of stock (note to self – if you like something in Zara, purchase straight away!) so if anyone has any similar recommendations, I’m all ears.

Until next time,

Annamaria xxxx
