with Munchy Seeds

October is one of those funny months. Firmly into the autumn swing, our fresh diaries are full to the brim with commitments, events and items to tick off our list as the latter part of the year appears to chase itself. With time feeling like it’s going at double speed, and our calendars more jam-packed than ever, we have been busy compiling a list of go-tos and essentials to keep us going as we rush into the winter. Think dreamy yoga classes for a mid-week pause (more on that super soon!), hard-working wardrobe items to make morning dressing a breeze and handbag essentials to sustain you from day to night.

On the topic of handbag essentials and items we can’t live without, we don’t know about you but we’re a team of ‘snackers’. Morning snacks, pre-lunch snacks, afternoon-slump snacks – name a time and there will be a crinkly bag of something delicious rustling in a corner somewhere.  So, of course, we were delighted to receive a box of Munchy Seeds. Founded and produced in Suffolk by a husband and wife duo (we love a good small business story!), these delicious seed snacks are roasted and flavoured in small batches. We love the honey roasted and salted caramel varieties (hello cute porridge and yoghurt toppers!) as a sweet treat while the wild chilli and mega omega packs are perfect for late morning cravings or as a pre-workout snack.

For all veggies and vegans, these little snacks are undoubtedly a great way of effortlessly incorporating fibre and protein into our diets.
