Let’s start this article by stating the obvious. If you don’t want to do classes this quarantine, if you don’t want to move, if you don’t want to sweat it out in your tiny bedroom or if you simply have, better things to do, it’s absolutely fine. There is no right or wrong, you will be surprised to know that there are no guidebooks or podcasts that will tell you what the best way to face a global pandemic is. However, if you want to unleash the dancer in you, something perhaps you have always wanted to try but never really had the chance to, well, perhaps, right now is a good time.

1- Turn’d up Fitness:
A mixture of modern dance, hip hop and with a drop of Latin music, I am in awe of Turn’d up Fitness, mostly because everyone can do it, it’s easy enough and it’s a great stress-relief as well as a great, fun way to burn calories. Click here for more details.

This FREE programme is available on YouTube and it’s quick, easy to follow and will make you dance with all your favourite songs (we tried both the Justin Bieber and Britney Spears routines and it was so much fun). Click here for more details.

The PopSugar fitness offers a wide range of FREE dance classes with a fitness focus, something meant to leave you feeling amazing, lots of shaking and shimming, the girls are also absolutely wonderful, almost feels like being on a vacation in the Caribbean (almost). Click here for more info.
